About the Role
This purpose of this role is to focus on practical day – to day support activities maintaining an organized and efficient office environment, assisting with routine administrative tasks, and ensuring staff have the necessary resources and a well-maintained workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, ensuring the environment is conducive to productivity.
Support staff by handling day-to-day tasks such as running errands, distributing office supplies, and setting up meeting rooms.
Ensure all common areas (e.g., kitchen, restrooms, meeting spaces) are properly stocked, cleaned, and organized.
Monitor and reorder office supplies, including stationery, kitchen items, and other office essentials to avoid shortages.
Manage the storage and disposal of office materials to maintain a tidy, efficient workspace.
Assist with the logistics of team events, meetings, or training, including room setup, providing refreshments, and distributing materials.
Support staff by handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as needed.
Assist in keeping inventory organized, ensuring documents, supplies, and equipment are easily accessible.
Provide assistance with office organization, including decluttering and maintaining filing systems.
Assist in the preparation and setup of office spaces for visitors or clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere

Knowledge Requirement:
- Knowledge of office inventory management techniques.
- Understanding of office safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Customer service and interpersonal skills for staff support.
- Effective organizational skills for office spaces and materials.
Qualifications
- BSC or HND degree required
- Certification in Oil and Gas is a plus
- 1-2 years working experience in similar role
